Thinking back to when we first connected, what were the main challenges North of Winter was facing in attracting the right clients or managing your enquiries?
“We didn’t feel like we were getting the traction the studio deserves, in terms of visibility on Google and enquiries from the website. We wanted to put North of Winter on the map in Manchester, highlighting that we had moved.”
How the New Setup Helped
How do you feel our new setup has helped you address those challenges?
“The partnership has been great so far. We are getting loads more enquiries and appear much higher on a Google search.”
Website vs Old Website
Thinking specifically about the new website compared to the old one, what do you feel it has done for the studio in terms of performance and how you’re perceived by new clients?
“It has made us stand out as more professional and increased the usability of the website, resulting in more enquiries and bookings.”



We’ve seen a +63.8% spike in traffic and a 42.1% increase in conversions to the site this month compared to last. How has that increased visibility translated into the day-to-day for the studio?
“We have seen lots more bookings for the artists, nicely spread out as well.”
What specific results have you noticed from the campaigns so far, whether that’s more enquiries, better-vetted clients, or just a more predictable schedule?
“I would say more enquiries and bookings are the most noticeable results.”
You’ve mentioned that everyone is happy with the steady stream of messages through the new website. How do you feel our campaign has impacted that?
“It has definitely helped strengthen and improve our online presence.”
How important do you think it is to have your ads and website working together as one system, rather than just relying on the Instagram algorithm?
“It is hugely important. Relying on Instagram is risky. Having a good website along with targeted ads gives you the extra exposure and ensures everything is working in sync.”
How would you describe the experience of working with our team?
“It has been ace. You are a lovely, friendly and very helpful team, always on hand to do anything needed. I have been impressed with the extra ideas you bring along, as well as the regular check-ins and monthly impact reporting.”
