Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately per project or subscription.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Supply content and approvals in a timely manner • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • All original creative work produced by Ink Marketing Group Ltd remains our intellectual property until full payment is received • Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use delivered work for its intended purpose • Ink Marketing Group Ltd retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials

IYNK® Websites

Where Ink Marketing services involve access to or use of IYNK® website templates or platform technology: • IYNK® websites, templates, systems, and underlying code remain the property of Ink Marketing Group Ltd • IYNK® websites are provided under a licence for use only • IYNK® websites are non‑transferable and may not be resold, reassigned, or migrated to another provider • Client‑supplied content remains the property of the client

IYNK® operates as a separate service with its own terms and policies.

Payments

Invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed terms. Late payments may result in paused services or suspension of access.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are breached, payments remain unpaid, or misuse occurs.

Limitation of Liability

Ink Marketing Group Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
